A combination of hits and misses
Exceptional customer service! staff was friendly and quick to help with everything from local tips to arranging transportation. Spotless and clean—no complaints at all!
The room's air conditioning wasn’t very effective. had to struggle with a few issues that impacted my comfort. Unfortunately, the breakfast variety left a bit to be desired.

I almost thought I could give a good review, but the noise was unbearable, really! A room change for all the ruckus woudl ve been nice, but why bother, right? Also, the mosquitoes under the window—but no one bothered to swipe them away. Don't be fooled by the location. it definitely isn't worth the headache!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cyan Recoleta Hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of vibrant dining options and just across from the beautiful Recoleta Cemetery. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making my experience even better.

Perfect spot in the city!
We loved the view from our room—it overlooked the Recoleta Cemetery, which was super cool. The staff was super nice and always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of options, but the lobby felt a bit cramped. The room could’ve used a fridge, though. Overall, nice stay!

I had a wonderful stay where the ladies at the front desk were super friendly and even hilarious when I needed help with the safe. The pool was a great way to unwind after a busy day. The rooftop lounge was perfect for some evening relaxation. The only downside was the air conditioning. it could’ve been cooler, but overall, everything else was great! 😊

The customer service was truly exceptional. the staff not only helped with local attractions but were also quick to address any questions we had. The location is simply unbeatable, just across from the famous cemetery.
The noise levels from nearby nightlife could be bothersome, so consider bringing earplugs.

The room was clean and spacious for our family, and the location was perfect. We loved the breakfast spread, especially the fresh pastries. The staff went above and beyond, particularly during check-in when they assisted us with our baby’s needs.
My wife says that the noise from nearby nightlife was too loud at night.
